Every package includes the full launch kit. Prices don't include Washington sales tax. Monthly plans: the first monthly payment is due at signup.

- Your Google Business Profile gets fixed up and linked to your site. Premium also sets each page up for Yakima searches.
- The launch kit
- Your Google Business Profile fixed up and linked, a printable review QR sign, a website QR code, help pointing your Instagram and Facebook bios to the site, and simple private visitor stats.
- Your domain and content stay yours
- Your business name, domain, photos and words always belong to you.
Paying monthly
- How the monthly plan works
- There's a $0 setup fee. Your first monthly payment is due when you sign, and the plan runs for 12 monthly payments. Each payment covers two things: the website itself, and hosting and care while you pay it off.
Essentials, $147: $97 toward your website, plus $50 for hosting and Core Care (up to 15 min of updates a month).
Premium, $297: $147 toward your website, plus $150 for hosting and Plus Care (up to 1 hour of updates a month). - After 12 payments
- Your website is yours, and you don't have to keep paying me. You can host it anywhere: I'll move it to your own free hosting account with you on the phone, or send you the files. If you'd rather I keep running it, choose Owner Care or any care plan.
- Owning it sooner
- Buy it out anytime by paying the rest of the website part: $97 for each payment left on Essentials, or $147 for each payment left on Premium. That ends the rest of your 12-month plan, and you don't pay for hosting and care you won't use. For example, after 6 payments the buyout is $582 on Essentials or $882 on Premium.
- Owner Care, $97/mo after you own it
- Optional, for monthly-plan clients after their 12th payment or a buyout. Hosting with HTTPS, uptime monitoring, backups, security updates, fixes to problems with the site itself, visitor stats, and up to 30 minutes of content changes a month (unused time doesn't roll over). Replies within 2 business days. Bigger changes are quoted separately, and you can cancel anytime.
Paying once
- How paying once works
- Half to get started, half at launch, through an invoice I send you. Hosting and updates are an optional care plan.
- Care plans for pay-once sites, from $50/mo
- Core Care, $50: hosting, backups, security updates and fixes, plus small changes like new hours (up to 15 min a month).
Plus Care, $150: adds up to 1 hour of updates a month.
Pro Care, from $250: up to 3 hours of updates a month and same-day replies.
Optional, and you can cancel anytime. Unused update time doesn't roll over. - What if I cancel the care plan?
- You can cancel anytime. I'll move your site to your own account for free, and your domain and content stay yours.
Ownership and payment
- What you own
- Once your site is paid off: its files (the pages, design, code and graphics I made for it), plus your own words, photos, logo and domain, which are always yours. Not included are accounts and tools from other companies, like a booking app, hosting account or stats service; those stay under their own terms. Stock photos keep their own free licenses. Your signed agreement has the full details.
- How do I pay?
- By card. Monthly plans have a $0 setup fee: the first monthly payment is due when you sign, then it bills automatically each month for 12 payments. If you pay once, it's half to get started and half at launch, through an invoice I send you. Sales tax is added either way.
- Getting online
- On a monthly plan or care plan, I host it and handle everything. Without it, you put the site on your own free hosting account while I walk you through it on the phone. Either way, I never need your passwords. See the launch steps
- The fine print
- Prices on this site are starting points. Every project gets a written quote and a signed agreement before work begins, and that agreement is what governs the project. Read the site terms
